Candidates go to official website of TNPSC @ tnpsc.gov.in.

Click on option in the home page -> On-line Services -> Hall Ticket Download
Step 3
Find the correct admit card link.
Step 4
Enter Registration number/ Application No / Login Id No & the enter Date of Birth (DOB)
Step 5
Now, download your Admit card and take print out it.
